Yikes, Deb, I can feel the Wellness Pusher in me kkniicg in with ideas and resources to try like deep-breathing, meditation and the like. Then there is the Investigator with questions like Just how long has it been since you got back from your trip? Perhaps the fog is what they call trouble with re-entry? or What have you been eating/drinking that might be causing the fog? I'm catching up from the first post so I will see where you're at now, but in the meantime, I just want to say it is soooooo great to have you writing/posting and I'm grateful that you are sharing the journey.
